When making a booking, we understand that mistakes can sometimes be made. If this does indeed happen, you can get in touch with our customer service team on 0333 772 9737. In busy periods it may take longer to get through, if this is the case, please create a Support Helpdesk ticket and we will get to your enquiry as soon as we can.

If you need to amend your booking and it is due to take place in the next 24 hours, we would suggest you call the customer service team to make sure the change is made in time. 

If your booking does have a mistake or is missing information and it is not amended and the journey is attempted by the driver, no refund will be provided and the booking will be marked as a customer no show. The reason no refund will be given is due to the nature of the booking. As you have pre-booked your minicab, the driver would have allotted this time for your journey during their shift. The driver will be expected to be paid.
