If the operator is unable to cover your booking you will be refunded automatically. 


Refunds are done on the day the job is cancelled but will take 3 to 5 working days to show in your bank account. However, if you are using an international bank account the refund can take up to 10 working days. 


Why does it take 3 to 5 days working days?

The refund process on card payments is unfortunately slow. We process the refund back on the card the same day but the money takes a few days to work its way back through the banking system. This is the process and system controlled by the banks. It typically only takes 3 working days but each bank is different. Also, allow for the fact foreign banks can sometimes have different working days.


If you are still waiting for your refund after 5 days please contact us so we can investigate.  Common reasons why a refund might fail is an expired card or card been reported lost or stolen. 


Please do not send us your card details in any ticket, we will only ever ask you to confirm the last 4 digits of the card and or the card type.
