Alternatively, if you have received your initial booking email but not the secondary confirmation, you can call our bookings team on 0333 772 0713 where they will be happy to update you on the status of your booking. If your booking is booked far in advance, it may stay unconfirmed until nearer the journey time due to driver availability.
