From the day payment is taken we provide customers with a 90 day cancellation period. This is on top of the 14 day trial period you have before we take the first payment.


If you don't make enough bookings in the next 90 days you can cancel your rewards account and you will be refunded in full minus the amount of the benefits used. This means you will only pay what you would have paid had you not been a member of the rewards program. What's great about rewards is you can book as far in advance as you like meaning you're not limited to book transport that is set to occur during your membership period. With the average person using Taxis 15 times per year, you're bound to make a big saving.
